Take A "Whoa" Day

Whoa there, woman! Are you speeding along Life at a break-neck pace? Are you caught in a crazy carousel of stress-habits, blame, and excuses that you’ve devised to help you “manage” your life? Pull hard on those reins, sister – and take a load off for the day! We’re here to help you stop this runaway horse so that you can enjoy some of the scenery you’ve been missing!

We’ve put together a day package that will allow you to take some time to reflect on your life, without taking too much time out of your life! We will spend the day in discussions designed to address negative thought and behavioral patterns that we often let stand in the way of our personal growth. We will enjoy a leisurely StoneCreek Ranch Resort signature lunch and top the day off with one or two horse activities (activities will not require riding or experience with horses). The whole day is meant to help you just say “whoa!” to overreaching schedules, expectations, and situations that are causing you undue stress.

Our Whoa Days are scheduled for the fourth Wednesday of each month (check website for holiday exceptions). Join us in this great new discovery of self! We look forward to hearing from you!
